The IDEA Institute launched the IDEA Lab in 2014 as an environment for students to collaborate and innovate around real world projects. The IDEA Lab values design-thinking, optimism, sustainability and action. The IDEA Lab: -Engages interdisciplinary users through curricular and co-curricular experiences -Supports connections to career pathways through experiences in internships, research and/or other projects with industry and community -Inspires students as innovators through design-thinking, real world projects, and mentoring
