What? When? Where?

The Colorado Technology Student Association (TSA) is the state affiliate of the Technology Student Association, an international career and technical student organization dedicated to fostering personal growth, leadership, and opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). For more than three decades, Colorado TSA has been fulfilling that mission, and now reaches nearly 3,000 members in more than 75 chapters statewide. Every day, our members are engaged in a wide variety of leadership and professional development activities, financial leadership activities, community service projects, social activities, and competitive events – all of which are geared to prepare them to lead in the technological world!

Colorado TSA offers three conferences in the state throughout the year:

  • Fall Leadership Conferences - During these conferences, students learn what kinds of leaders they are, how to lead and work with groups, and how to employ the five practices of successful leaders. For more information go to: http://cotsa.cccs.edu/fall-leadership-conference/
  • State Conference - This is our main event where middle and high school students compete in approximately 100 different events ranging from architectural drafting and graphic design, to computer integrated manufacturing and photography. Community members and industry experts are welcome to volunteer to help judge these events. For more information go to: http://cotsa.cccs.edu/colorado-tsa-state-conference/
  • S3 - Spring STEAM Symposium - Designed as a one-day conference positioned halfway between the annual Colorado TSA state conference and the national TSA conference, S3 will be filled with extended professional development and chapter leadership training along with hands-on workshops from business and industry professionals, a capstone symposium, peer-to-peer round-tables, portfolio reviews, a photography show, a film festival and more! For more information, please go to: http://cotsa.cccs.edu/s3/
